A Christmas Musical Thank You

Yesterday, December 20, we had our Church Christmas Program. For the first time since COVID we had musical number at church. I have really missed hearing music, it brings such a wonderful feeling to a meeting. I wanted to express my thanks to those who shared their musical talents yesterday.

So, I pulled out some pretty flower patterned paper. I didn’t have a “thank you” die that was the right size for what I wanted so I created one in the Silhouette Cameo software. I cut it four times and layered them together, adhering them with liquid glue. I also pulled out one of the flowers from Altenew’s Garden Picks 3D Dies to add a pretty flower to the card front.

I cut down the flower paper using a Lawn Fawn Stitched Stackable Rectangle that is the same size as an A2 card front. When I went to adhered the “thank you” die cut to the card front it got a little lost in patterned paper. So I created a shadow to the sentiment and cut it from vellum and it was just what was needed.

The final embellishment was to add some Ranger Gold Stickles to the flower center.
