For this card I used the Echo Park Balloons Stencil again, but this time in simply ink blended the stencil using three colors of teal ink from Gina K. Designs. I used a small blending brush so that I could create an ombre effect on the balloons.
For the focal image balloon and sentiment I used the same inks to ink blend some cardstock with the same colors, making the sentiment strip a little darker so the white embossed sentiment would stand out well.
The balloon was cut using an Birch Press Design Party Balloon. A sentiment was stamped on the balloon with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. The same embossing powder was used on the sentiment strip. I used a Simon Says Stamp Sentiment Label die to cut the sentiment into a thin strip. I added fishtail ends to the strip by hand. Both were adhered to the stenciled background using sticky back foam.
