Bowl of Beauty Flowers Celebrate On Your Special Day

This is the other image from Power Poppy, which includes the same flowers without the bowl. It was printed with a laser jet printer and colored with Copic Markers.

The sentiment is from Sweet Celebration and was stamped with Gina K. Designs Amalgam Ink.

This time I decided to use my new Ellen Hutson Essential Oval die, which cuts both an oval and a thin oval frame. Sticky back foam was added to the back of the oval. The thin frame was colored with a matching Copic Markers.

A top folding cardbase was made from Gina K. Designs 120# White Cardstock and then the card front was embossed using the Cricut Cuttlebug Oxford Embossing Folder.

The thin frame was adhered to the front with liquid glue and then the oval image was adhered with the same glue and the card was done.

Swirly Cupcake Celebrate

For this card a rectangle of Neena Classic Crest 80# Solar White Cardstock was ink blended in rainbow order. Another rectangle was die cut using the Your Next Stamp Confetti Panel and the two were adhered together using dotliner adhesive and then die cut using a stitched rectangle.

A small cupcake was printed and colored with a laser printer and colored with Copic Markers. It was fussy cut and adhered to a sentiment strip that was stamped with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The strip was added to the card front with foam tape. The final embellishment was to add Ranger Crystal Stickles to the frosting.

Birthday Cake Hooray

I love this big hooray die from Honey Bee Stamps, it has several layers that can be used in creating a sentiment. For this card I just used two. I loved this paper Adventure Emporium and thought it would make a great masculine card. I added a birthday cake for added visual interest and distress the edges of everything with Distress Oxide Gathered Twigs.
