Make a Wish Sweet Thing

This is another card that was stamped and watercolored with Tombo Dual Tip Markers while waiting for my car to be serviced.  This card was made for a young woman whose favorite color is blue.

The focal image is from Penny Black’s Sweet Thing and was stamped with VersaFine Black Ink on Canson IL 140# Watercolor Paper and heat embossed with Hero Arts Ultra Fine Clear Embossing Powder.

The image was colored with the following Tombo Dual Brush Makers: 942 Tan, 800 Baby Pink, 977 Saddle Brown, 879 Brown, 451 Sky Blue, 565 Deep Blue, 755 Rubine Red, 815 Cherry.

The sentiment is from Hero Arts Make a Wish Birthday stamp and was stamped with VersaFine Black Ink and heat embossed in the same manner.

Once the focal image was dry it was die cut using the second largest Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Stackable Rectangles.  The blue patterned paper from Recollections Bright and Basic 12×12 Paper Pad and adhered to a top folding A2 cardbase made from Gina K. Designs 120# White Cardstock using Elmer’s Dot runner Adhesive.  Darice Stick Back Foam was added to the back of the focal image and it was adhered to the blue patterned paper with Tombo Mono Multi Glue and the card was done.
