Mid Century Frame Hello

This is another quick and easy card made from pretty patterned paper and a couple of die cuts.

A rectangle of the patterned paper was cut using a My Favorite Things A2 Stitched Rectangle and adhered to a cardbase made from Gina K. Designs Base Weight Ivory Cardstock.

The Mid Century Frame from Altenew was cut from some gold mirror cardstock and some ivory cardstock. The gold frame was adhered to the front of the patterned paper rectangle with Elmer’s Craft Bond Spray Adhesive. The ivory center of the other die was was added to the golden frame. This created a neutral background for the flowers, which were fussy cut from some leftover patterned paper and added to the center of the frame with 3M 1/2″ Foam Tape. The leaves were cut from scraps of green cardstock using the dies from Altenew’s Adore You. Shading was added to both with Copic markers.

The “hello” was die cut from gold mirror cardstock and adhered directly to the patterned paper with liquid glue. The final embellishment was to add some Nuvo Pale Gold Crystal Drops and the card was done.
