Spring Daisies Happy Birthday

This is a Suzy Plantamura watercolor card that was part of the Simon Says Stamps March Card Kit. I colored it with ZIG Real Brush Markers and die cut it with a stitched rectangle. A sentiment was stamped in the upper right and yellow sequins were scattered around the image and the card was done. Quick and easy!

Beautiful Poppy You Are So Worth Celebrating

In the March Simon Says Stamp Kit there were some pretty watercolor images from Suzy Plantmura. I really liked this large poppy and decided to color it with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Markers in the traditional red. I added a soft blue to the background to make the image pop.

Once it was dry I die cut the image using a stitched rectangle and added sticky back foam to the back for dimension. It was adhered to a top folding A2 cardbase.

The sentiment was stamped with VersaMark Ink onto black cardstock and heat embossed white, cut into a thin strip and adhered directly over the focal image with liquid glue.

For final embellishment black sequins were scattered around the focal image and the card was done. A quick and easy card.
